We didn’t want to offer "just another dairy-free option." We wanted to reimagine vegan gelato from the ground up—so that when you taste it, you’re not thinking about what’s missing. You’re thinking: wow.

A Creamy Base Without the Dairy
Our vegan gelato starts with plant-based ingredients that offer real richness. Instead of cow’s milk, we mostly use water as its base, in alternative we also use oat milk, coconut, and other creamy ingredients that let our flavours shine. We experiment constantly to find the right texture—smooth, dense, and satisfying, never icy or watery.

Flavour Comes First
Our vegan range features flavours that stand on their own, not as an “alternative,” but as stars. Think dark chocolate sorbet, coconut & lime, mango & passion fruit, matcha latte or a seasonal fruit that’s at its peak.
We go where the flavour is—roasted nuts, fruit purées, plant-based caramels—sourced from the best producers and used in bold combinations. Because being vegan doesn’t mean less pleasure. At Wave, it means more imagination.
