This November we’ll participate in Sherbeth 2025, the international festival that turns Palermo into a global stage for artisan gelato. The event runs 7–10 November 2025 and gathers master gelatieri from all over the world — a perfect arena to benchmark craft, swap know-how, and serve our London-born flavours to Italy’s most discerning palates.
What is Sherbeth?
Sherbeth is one of the world’s leading festivals dedicated to artisan gelato, hosted in Palermo, Sicily. Across several days, the historic centre becomes an open-air “gelato village” with tastings, demos, and competitions — including the coveted awards linked to Francesco Procopio Cutò, a Sicilian credited with popularising gelato in Europe.
